Steve has been a professional DJ for 13 years building up his career as most DJ’s do through the birthdays, Weddingd, engagements, christenings and even the odd divorce party! which gave him the skills and taught him to be professional and respectful to his clients and most of all reliable always turning up on time, ready and willing to go.

Steve's first job was as a glass collector at 16 years old was he caught the club bug but learnt to DJ with his best friend at the age of 12. Being the early 90’s and living only a stones throw away from the huge dance music scene in Manchester, Leeds and Liverpool Steve grew up and learnt to DJ through the influences of clubs like the mighty Hacienda, Cream, Back To Basics etc to his local clubs in Burnley like the famous Angels Night Club where the Retro Brand was born.

Due to these influences his first love lies with House Music from its early days right up to the Electro House sounds of today and during his career he has grown a big appreciation for Trance and loves mixing either.

Over the past 13 years Steve has developed the skills from starting out one night a week in a small bar holding around 250 people to playing to massive crowds for 2000 + always delivering a varied selection of music to keep the crowd going and wanting more. From Glasgow all the way down to the huge dance floors of Ibiza in the Mediterranean, Steve has been entertaining clubbers and loves every second of it. He sees his job as a privilege and not as a right and with this mindset has kept him fresh and up to date and as a fully trained sound engineer this gives him a
unique skill in the way he mixes his music. Steve is also a registered disabled person and is very proud to say that he feels that “abled” is the largest part of that word and it drives him even more to get to where he wants to be and has never had a night off due to his illness in his DJ career

In 2007 Steve launched his own branded night called “Just…!” and in 2008 saw him take on another established DJ to work on this brand and build it up slowly to get the night perfect. In 2009 saw a 3rd DJ enter the night and between the 3 now run 3 nights ranging from all the very best in House music with the Just…! Name
to the more harder side of dance with Dreamland and a brand new under 18’s night called Extreme NRG and is also working very hard on producing his own tracks.

In all Steve is a hard working DJ that just doesn’t do his nights but works through the week promoting, sourcing fresh new music and producing his own tracks. He is a well established DJ with many venues and brands under his belt and will give 100% in anything he does.
